As part of my dissertation research, I’m offering this free programme, which aims to assist you in taking better care of yourself and in getting the most out of living (abroad) by reducing stress in your everyday life.
Mindfulness is the practice of being present in your life—learning to respond to challenges with awareness rather than reacting on autopilot.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)—the most researched mindfulness programme, developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
✅ You will learn about stress, and explore habits of thought, emotion and physical reactions
✅ Learn to respond skillfully to challenges
✅ Increase self-awareness and overall well-being
2.5 hours/week group sessions + guided home practice (30-45 min/day- audio recordings+handbook will be provided)
The course is practical and experiential—not just theory. You’ll be guided through a variety of mindfulness practices, with time for reflection and discussion (this is not group therapy).
Normally priced at €250–€350—offered for FREE as part of my dissertation research

What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment—noticing your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment or the need to change them. When we are being mindful, we are choosing to notice the details of our experiences, just as they are in this moment, and without judging or trying to change them in the first instance
Do I need any prior experience?
No, this programme is designed for all levels—whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or have some experience.
Am I ready to take part?
Ask yourself:
Do I have a stable internet connection?
Can I commit to 2.5 hours of quiet time on Tuesday evening for live sessions?
Am I open to exploring new ways to manage stress and improve well-being?
If the answer is yes, click ‘I’m interested’ and let’s get started!
Why did you start practicing mindfulness?
A few years ago, one of my lecturers introduced me to mindfulness while I was studying the subject. I joined an MBSR programme, and it changed everything—I stopped having panic attacks. That’s my WHY I decided to become a mindfulness teacher and share mindfulness.
I've hosted a Mindfulness Training last year (also as a part of my studies) and here is the feedback I received:
MBSR is the most researched mindfulness programme, proven to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being.
Mindfulness is a practical skill that can enhance well-being in all areas of life, from work to relationships.
No prior experience needed. Learn simple, science-backed techniques to handle stress, boost focus, and take better care of yourself—wherever you are in the world.
