Our mindfulness programmes and classes, both online and in person in Cork, are created for all expats and international employees who experience high levels of stress, life challenges, and other forms of suffering. Stress reduction is often closely connected to wellbeing—something we tend to sacrifice when living abroad. Therefore, our mindfulness courses in Cork offer expats a safe space where we can create a new perspective, bring ourselves back to the present moment, and focus again on what is truly important to us. Mountment is your dedicated place for practicing mindfulness when living abroad. Here, Barbora from Mountment is your mindfulness teacher and coach, supporting your wellbeing and personal goals every step of the way.
As a registered member of the Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland (MTAI), I hold credentials as a qualified professional, assuring clients that I uphold high ethical standards for Mindfulness-Based Interventions. These are the mindfulness courses and classes we currently offer. While we are based in Cork, all of the following offerings are available online as well.
Mindfulness Introductory Programme
Designed for those who want to commit to practicing mindfulness. This option includes a 1.5-hour online mindfulness class one evening per week for six weeks, and one relaxing wellbeing retreat day on a Saturday.
Mindfulness Drop-In Sessions
Perfect for those who would like to get a taste of mindfulness practice, or for those with busy schedules who cannot commit to a full 6-week mindfulness course. You can choose to join a mindfulness class multiple times a week. All sessions are held online.
Mindfulness Workshops for Corporates
We offer mindfulness-based wellbeing workshops tailored for international teams and employees. These workshops focus on stress management, building workplace resilience, and integrating mindfulness into both personal and professional lives. Our workshops are offered either online, or in person across Cork, Ireland, the UK, Germany, and Czechia—conducted in English, German, or Czech.
Mindfulness 1:1 Coaching
To help you achieve your goals while maintaining your wellbeing, I connect a mindfulness approach with my background in personal, management, and wellbeing coaching. We can meet in person in Cork, or online.
Mindfulness Stress Reduction Courses
Commonly known as MBSR, this is an 8-week mindfulness programme focused on stress reduction. We meet online as a group, one evening a week for 2.5 hours.

If you are looking for something deeper than just listening to a meditation on YouTube, we at Mountment suggest joining a live class—either starting with a casual drop-in session or signing up for an introductory course online or in Cork.
