In our Online Mindfulness Program, we focus on the physiology of the nervous system to help you build strength that make you more resilient when unexpected happens in your life.

Our 6-week Stress Reduction Course combines guided mindfulness meditations and themes to help you regain focus and maintain your well-being or navigate career changes.
3. How to learn stress reduction skills? The most effective way to learn stress reduction skills is through consistent, guided practice in a supportive group environment. As part of our Stress Reduction Course, you will also receive MP3 meditation practices for home use and participate in weekly live sessions to ensure these skills become a permanent part of your everyday life.
4. Is the stress reduction course worth it? Your call. For an investment of 120€, you receive — 6 weekly classes, MP3 meditations for your home practice, a full retreat day, and a bonus 1:1 coaching session.
